This product was designed to provide significant fire protection to unfinished basements and crawlspaces per the Fire Performance provision of the 2012, 2015, 2018, and 2021 IRC. LVL PL-Lam consists of multiple 3mm thick veneer layers, bonded by a high strength, heat-resistant adhesive.
